Reservation Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

All nightly rates are subject to 11% Government tax and 10% service charges. Rates are subject to change without notice. Children under 12 stay free. Extra person charge $65 per person per night, available in 1, 2 and 4 bedroom suites.

There is a 5 night minimum stay requirement during the Holiday Season. In addition, during President's Holiday and Spring Break (March 16-April 1, 2012), a minimum stay applies to all 2 bedroom suites, 4 bedroom penthouse and luxury one bedroom oceanfront suites.

A Three (3) Night Deposit is required to reserve your suite.

During the Holiday Season December 22-January 5, full payment is due by December 1. Payment is non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellation must be received a minimum of 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival for a refund.

From January 3-April 7: final payment is due a minimum of 21 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Payment is refundable if cancellation notice is received at least 21 days prior to scheduled arrival date.

From April 8-December 21: final payment is due a minimum of 21 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received after 14 days prior will not receive a refund of the three night minimum deposit.

Early departures do not receive a refund for unused stay. No shows will be subjected to 100% penalty of the full stay.

Please note that we recommend the purchase of cancellation insurance, especially during the peak season. The resort's cancellation policy is applicable to weather and airline related cancellations. Please note that all refunds will be processed less applicable credit card fees.

Travel insurance is available from most credit card companies, and is often an included feature at the gold card level. May airlines also offer travel insurance, as do travel agents.
